Sneaky Burger Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website at sneakyburger.com.au, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, phone (optional), subject and message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
- Analytics — anonymised page views, referrer, device and browser type via standard web logs. No personally identifying information is captured.
- Cookies — first-party cookies for site preferences only. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your contact form submission
- To improve the site (which pages are popular, which break)
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Resend — our transactional email provider, who delivers your contact form to us
- Cloudflare — our hosting and CDN provider, who handles all web traffic
- Google Maps — when you load a store map. Google may set their own cookies; see Google’s privacy policy
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Ordering through Uber Eats or DoorDash
When you click an order link, you leave sneakyburger.com.au and arrive at the partner’s site. Their privacy policy applies once you’re there.
How long we keep it
- Contact enquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted
- Web logs: 30 days
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete it entirely
