Meet our team member Brodie — one of the longest-serving Sneakies and a fixture behind the grill at the Harbour Street store.
Brodie joined Sneaky early on and has been part of the kitchen crew ever since. If you’ve eaten in at Wollongong on a Friday night, there’s a good chance he flipped your wagyu patty. He knows the menu inside out, especially how to dial the Holy Trinity exactly the way regulars like it.
